Delivery and Installation

Standard Delivery

Goods purchased on the website are normally processed and shipped within 2-3 working days. Your delivery will arrive within 5 working days for mainland UK.

If your delivery address is in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland additional delivery time and charges may apply. Larger goods may take a little longer but will usually arrive within 7 working days from dispatch for most of the UK mainland.

Express Delivery

You can choose Express Delivery if you require your items a little quicker. Orders placed using express delivery will be received within 2-3 days for the UK mainland.

Local Pickup

We also have the option of local pickup at one of our stores, you can pick up from any store at no extra charge please visit our locations page. Please wait until you have received confirmation that the goods are ready to collect before you make the trip to the store.

Installation / Product Set Up

For larger products that need installing within your home such as Chairs, Beds, Mobility Scooters & Powerchairs. we have qualified technicians and fitters who deliver and set up these products. We will also ensure you are all set up at home and know how to operate any equipment and leave a set of instructions with you.
